Free NAPLAN Year 7 Practice
NAPLAN in Year 7 checks the literacy and numeracy skills children have been building at school. The best preparation is steady, low-stress practice of those skills, plus some familiarity with answering questions on a screen. These free games cover the same skill areas with original questions set to a Year 7 level.

Tips for parents
- Practise little and often: 10–15 minutes a day is better than long sessions in the week before.
- Practise mental arithmetic for the non-calculator part: times tables, fractions of amounts and percentages like 10%, 25% and 50%.
- Read together every day and talk about the text: what happened, why, and what a tricky word means.
- Keep it low-stress. NAPLAN is a snapshot to help schools and families, not a pass-or-fail test.
