About Amazing Human Body
Children are naturally curious about their own bodies. Learning that the heart is a muscle that never rests, that the lungs swap oxygen for carbon dioxide, and that the smallest bone is inside the ear turns that curiosity into real science knowledge, and gives them the words to describe how they feel.
Younger children in 1st Class can start with Body parts & senses. Healthy habits suits Classes 2โ3 and covers food, water, sleep, exercise and handwashing using simple, widely accepted guidance. Organs is best for Classes 4โ6 and explores bones, muscles, blood and digestion. Every question finishes with a short fun fact.

Frequently asked questions
How many bones are in the human body?
An adult usually has 206 bones. Babies are born with around 300 bones and soft parts made of cartilage, and some of these join together as they grow.
What are the five senses?
Sight (eyes), hearing (ears), smell (nose), taste (tongue) and touch (skin). Scientists say we have other senses too, such as balance and knowing where our arms and legs are without looking.
Is the Healthy habits level medical advice?
No. It covers simple, widely accepted guidance for children, such as washing hands with soap for about 20 seconds, brushing teeth twice a day, drinking water and being active every day. Always follow advice from your own doctor or school.
