How it works
Great for
- Maths and literacy rotations: short, focused rounds with instant feedback, matched to the Primary Curriculum.
- Homework: students play at home on any device using the same class link.
- Friendly competition: show the weekly class leaderboard on the board on Friday.
- Test practice: the timed test mode gives exam-style practice with a review of mistakes.
Frequently asked questions
Is classroom mode free?
Yes. Classroom mode is completely free for teachers and schools, with up to 10 classes of 40 students each and all 67 games.
Do students need accounts or email addresses?
No. Only the teacher signs up. Each student gets a generated safe nickname such as “Brave Panda 42”. Students open the class link on any device and tap their nickname to play.
What information is stored about students?
Only the generated nickname, an emoji avatar and their game scores. We never ask for students’ names, ages, schools, photos or emails, and there is no chat. Anyone with the class code can see the class nicknames and leaderboard, so keep codes within your class.
What can teachers see?
For each student: points this week and all time, the number of games played, rounds with three stars, when they last played and their most-played game, plus a class leaderboard you can show on the board.
Can I remove students or delete a class?
Yes. You can remove any student, rename a class, or delete a class with all its students and scores at any time.
