About Greater Than, Less Than

Comparing numbers relies on understanding place value: looking at the biggest place first. Close pairs like 4,582 and 4,528 make kids check digit by digit.

The decimals level is a great challenge for Classes 4–6, where many students wrongly think 0.45 is bigger than 0.5.
