About Math Bingo
Bingo turns number fact practice into a game of anticipation. Every call asks children to calculate first and then search the card for the answer, so they practice recall and number recognition together. Because every square can be the winning one, children stay focused on every sum.
Younger children in Grades 1–2 can start with a 4 by 4 card of adding and taking away. Children in Grades 3–4 can play with times tables, and the mixed game keeps everything fresh for Grades 5–6. For classroom use, print a set of 4 different cards and the caller list, and play together as a class.
